Shipping & Return Policy

Product Availability, Shipping and Delivery

Our site may contain information regarding the availability of the Products. Unfortunately, Rapid Materials cannot guarantee that an item listed on our site is in stock and will actually ship right away or be available for pick up from our warehouse, as inventory can change significantly from day-to-day. In some cases, a Product that may be in stock when a customer places the order, may be sold out by the time Rapid Materials attempts to process the order, or there may be an error in the information about the availability of the Product. Should this happen, Rapid Materials will notify you by email. If we determine that a Product you ordered is not in stock, we will have the order drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Most orders ship within 1 business day, and generally, it takes 1-5 business days for transit time. Please call us if your delivery needs require special attention.

Exchange Policy

At this time we do not have a RETURN POLICY, we will offer exchanges only. Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order in order to be eligible for exchange.
